Your product is fine. Your listing is why nobody buys it.

Brand identity, Amazon listings, websites and ads for D2C brands — built by someone who runs one.

One category I don't take on: pooja and spiritual brands. That's what I sell, and I won't hold a competitor's playbook.

Stop renting your storefront.

Shopify charges forever — stop paying, the site disappears. A custom site is a one-time cost you own outright, from ₹15,000.

Who this is for

I work with a narrow set of brands because that's where I actually know the buyer, the category and the search terms. If you're outside it, I'll tell you rather than take the money.

A good fit

  • D2C brands selling a physical product, any category except pooja and spiritual
  • Already live on Amazon or Flipkart, but sitting below page one
  • Pre-launch and need the legal groundwork done right — GST, trademark, structure
  • Moving from offline manufacturing or reselling into your own brand

Not a fit

  • Pooja or spiritual brands — I compete with you
  • Apps, SaaS, crypto, or anything without a physical SKU
  • Dropshipping a generic catalogue with no brand behind it
  • You want unlimited revisions and an open-ended monthly retainer

The path

Six phases, start wherever you are. Each links to the full detail.

I'm building this with my own money on the line

Dhyom is my brand — I built the identity, the site, the listings and the campaigns. Live on Amazon with a 4.8 rating. I don't have client case studies yet, but I have a real brand you can go check yourself — not a screenshot.

How a project runs

Same shape every time, so you know where you are. Nothing starts until scope is written down and agreed.

Day 1

Audit call

Forty minutes on your listings, your numbers and your category. You get the diagnosis whether or not you hire me.

Day 2

Scope in writing

Exactly what I'm delivering, what I'm not, the price and the date. You approve it before anything starts.

Days 3–7

First draft

Real work, not concepts. Written copy, live pages or built files depending on the project.

Days 8–10

Two revisions, then handover

Two rounds inside the agreed scope. Anything beyond it gets quoted separately before I do it.

Things people ask before hiring me

Can you guarantee page one?

No, and anyone who does is selling you something. I can tell you what the page-one listings in your category are doing that yours isn't, and fix that.

What if I need more than two revisions?

You can have them, quoted per round. The limit exists so the scope stays honest, not to cut you off.

Do you run the ads for me every month?

I set them up and hand them over with a bid plan. If you want ongoing management, we talk about it after the first project has actually worked.

Will you work with my existing designer?

Yes. I write the brief and the copy, they execute the visuals. That's often cheaper than having me do both.

Tell me what's stuck

Send your Amazon link or your site and the one thing that isn't working. I reply within a working day, and I'll say so if I'm not the right person.

Or email hello@buildwithsujay.com directly if you'd rather.
